Inbox Overload

027

So having a job has been really tough on my little blog life. Right now I just do not have the time or energy to devote to it. I will try my hardest to get on from time to time and come up with some great organizing ideas. I actually have taken the time to do a little bit of organizing on my computer.

I get a ton of e-mails, like I am sure most of you do. I set a goal for myself this year to keep my Inbox below 100 e-mails. It took a couple of hours one night, but I finally got down below 100. I get on for a little bit every day and just weed through stuff. Some e-mails get trashed right away. Some I glance at for a few moments before getting rid of and others are placed into folders. I have kept this up for over a week now and feel much better when I open my account and see 65 new emails instead of 200!

This is not a huge organizing task but I feel like it is one that can make a big difference in your day to day computer time. I know for myself, it gives me some control in this new place that I am in as a working mom.

I hope everyone is having a great week and a great year so far! Take some Time to Organize today!!

Just a few words.  2013 is already starting off to be a busy year.  I have taken on a full-time job and my daughter has started school.  So, I am going to be prioritizing lots of things in the coming weeks.  My blog will still be here and I will do my best to post as often as I can.  Just bear with me if I miss here and there!  I hope everyone's year is going great!!!

Christmas Trees a Three

I hope everyone is having a great week.  I have not posted anything and thought, why not post our little Christmas trees.  I decided to put our trees together this year .  I really like how the trees look together and they really stand out in our little living room.

The one on the left is our daughter’s, the middle one for all of us and the last is our son’s.

The kids have lots of handmade ornaments.  They had so much fun looking at the things they have made over the years.

Most of our gifts are wrapped in brown paper with chalk writing.  Super easy and inexpensive!  I did splurge on some tissue paper at Hobby Lobby.  It was half off so only 50c.  I know right!  It is really nice thick tissue paper too.  Love it when I find a great deal.
So these are our Christmas trees a three.  Have a wonderful week and may it be festive too!  Oh, and take some Time to Organize if you can!
